The SmartBox

Cleaning beer lines has always meant discarding perfectly good beer by pouring it down the drain before you can start cleaning your lines. Unless however you have invested in a beer dispense and line-cleaning system. This however is expensive and complicated to operate, not to mention the question of servicing and maintenance, agreement costs, breakdowns and the quality of the actual line clean itself.

Now with the SmartBox you get the best of both worlds.

Simply attach the SmartBox couplings to the ring main and switch on the dispenser. Beer will now flow from your taps while maintaining its quality and taste until your lines are empty of beer. Once the line, or lines are empty you can then initiate a conventional clean with the satisfying knowledge that you have sold off the beer in the lines, enhanced your GP, and be confident you have cleaned your lines to your satisfaction.

The SmartBox Proposal

1. We will fit a SmartBox unit into your site and train your team how to save the highest percentage of draught possible.
2. We will allow the system to operate for an agreed period of time, usually for a couple of line clean cycles before invoicing you.
3. We will continue to give advice and support while you develop more confidence with the SmartBox and ultimately increase your savings to the maximum possible.

How well is the SmartBox doing?

As a new company entering the market, Cellar Logistics are pleased that we have already fitted many SmartBoxes in the north east region. Sam Jacks, Bar 55, Blue Lounge, Rewind, Luckies Corner Bar, The Attic, Chase Sunderland, Star & Garter Middlesbrough, and Prohibition Leeds are some of the sites making high percentage savings every time they dispense with the SmartBox before they commence their line cleaning.

The management and staff at these sites have found operating the SmartBoxes to be straightforward, even for junior staff members, and have produced high percentage savings even on their first attempts.
